The Fidelis Agency Retained by Arriba For Investment Banking Services

May 30, 2008 - Arriba Financial Services, Inc., a provider of innovative financial solutions and education to the Hispanic market, announced today that it has retained the services of The Fidelis Agency, Inc. to assist the company in potential funding activities. After two years of development, Arriba is now poised to begin generating revenues.

Jay Goth, CEO of Arriba stated, "We have spent the last two years bootstrapping this company and building a management team and business plan that can make Arriba the premier provider of financial services to the Hispanic community. Our partnerships, solutions and team are second to none. Now it's time to actively seek capital and put some gas in this engine."

The Fidelis Agency is uniquely qualified to help Arriba, as it has many existing clients in the alternative payments and electronic commerce space. Fidelis assists companies in obtaining capital from a variety of sources, including hedge funds, angel capital groups, venture capital firms and strategic investors. They also facilitate alternative equity financing, such as PIPES and reverse mergers.

"While I have actively helped to fund companies before, I welcome the assistance of Michael Warner and The Fidelis Agency," continued Mr. Goth. "We are looking for investors and shareholders who share our vision of helping an under-served community enjoy the education and services that have been lacking in the past."

In addition to engaging Fidelis, Arriba's management is actively contacting successful Hispanic business owners and community leaders in an effort to recruit additional management team members to the company. Through these networks, Arriba believes that the appropriate potential investors will emerge who can help make the Arriba vision a reality.
