Arriba Introduces Leasing Programs for Money Services Platform

March 31, 2008 - Arriba Financial Services, Inc., a provider of innovative financial solutions and education to the Hispanic market, announced today that it will begin offering leasing programs for its Money Services Platform to qualified retailers.

"When our sales agents have approached potential retail partners about our Money Service Platform, the response has been very positive," stated James Oliver, CFO of Arriba. "However, many of these stores have a limited budget and need a payment program that will allow them to pay off the cost of the system over time. By partnering with Pinnacle Leasing of Colorado and United Capital Leasing here in California, we have created programs that will meet these retailers' needs."

Arriba offers two programs - one a "zero down" program that requires only the first month's payment to get started. Terms of the leases can be as short as two years and as long as four. At the end of the lease, the lessee has the opportunity to buy the system for a nominal fee, or they can enter into a new lease with new equipment.

The platform currently supports check cashing and bill payment, using secure Internet connections to validate identities, checking accounts and make payments. Over 10,000 billers are on the bill pay network. In the future, Arriba plans to add the Arriba prepaid debit card to the platform, along with international money transfer, prepaid long distance and cell phone products, repatriation services, and more.

"Having two companies providing the financing gives Arriba more options," said Oliver. "The companies that have been in business over two years and have a strong track record can get zero down financing, while we can still help newer companies or those that have some credit challenges."

One of the keys to the Arriba concept is the development of a network of retail locations that can provide Arriba education and support to their surrounding communities. The Money Services Platform is a strong component of that network, and by offering leasing terms the company is one step closer to achieving its goals.
